With over a decade of experience in the construction industry Chris has provided building envelope consulting services for a variety of new construction, rehabilitation, and assessment projects including multi-family residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments.
Through extensive site experience and management of projects ranging in complexity, Chris has built a solid understanding of the best practices for the design, installation, and proper integration of building envelope systems. These systems include various types of cladding, roofing and waterproofing, as well as unitized curtain wall, window wall and other glazing systems. This hands-on experience provides Chris with a uniquely comprehensive understanding of the building industry, allowing him to apply a variety of established building science principles when presented with challenges of advanced difficulty, and to mentor junior staff in executing a wide variety of projects.
An associate of the firm, Chris has managed building envelope services for some of the largest, and most prominent projects for JRS throughout the Lower Mainland, Sea-to-Sky corridor, Vancouver Island and northern British Columbia.
