Concord Gardens is a concrete condo and townhouse development in Richmond. The 4-phase development has impressive amenities, including a 70,000-square-foot community park with water features located above an underground parking garage. An indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, gymnasium, bowling alley, private theater, banquet hall, and ballroom are also included. Phase 1 was completed in 2016.

JRS was retained by Concord Pacific to provide full building envelope services including design development assistance, construction document review, shop drawing review, review of submittals and RFIs, field services, and window testing.
