Crescent Court

JRS was retained as the energy services consultant for Crescent Court, a residential development located at the peak of Burnaby Mountain in BC. The project is part of SFU’s UniverCity community and consists of two concrete residential towers, a 14-storey and a 20-storey high-rise, built over a three-storey townhouse podium. Additionally, the development features a path that leads up from University Crescent into the neighbouring Richard Bolton Park. The path provides pedestrian access to a richly landscaped courtyard with gathering spots, gardens, and a playground.

JRS provided consulting services related to code compliance energy modelling. Additionally, JRS collaborated with the project team to assist in meeting BC Energy Step Code requirements.
