JRS was retained to provide building envelope consulting services for the design and construction of the Park Boulevard tower. This is the third phase of the Park Place development and includes a 42-storey highrise tower constructed over four levels of underground parking, along with eight townhomes.

JRS provided enhanced field reviews throughout construction with respect to environmental separation and the performance of building envelope materials, components and assemblies, inclusive of the design development, construction documents review, building envelope letters of assurance, shop drawings review, enhanced field reviews, and associated reporting and testing.

Quick Facts

Park Boulevard is Canada’s first interactive illuminated residential tower. The interactive light display illuminates in sync with the arrival of trains at King George Station. The horizontal light strips will move up the tower when a train arrives and move down the tower when a train exits the station.
