The Amazing Brentwood

JRS was retained as the building envelope consultant for Phase 2 of The Amazing Brentwood located in Burnaby, BC. The project includes two high-rise residential towers, a 54-storey and a 40-storey, with commercial space at the bottom. The development has been designed to meet LEED Silver equivalent rating from the City of Burnaby.

As the building envelope consultant, JRS will provide design development, construction development, tendering, and field review services. Additionally, JRS will provide thermal services to improve the energy performance of the roof deck and roof parapet details. Construction has begun and the project is expected to be completed between 2025 and 2026.
