The Callisto

This 35-story concrete residential high-rise tower relies on a unique, spherical application of curtain wall and window wall systems to create its sleek, curved lines. Part of a 2-tower development (along with the 26-story Carina), this project also involved developing ground-level concrete townhomes. Exterior cladding systems include composite metal panel and granite.

JRS provided specialized consulting services to address the challenges associated with this innovative project. Services included interfacing of curtain wall/window wall and adjacent cast-in-place concrete at curved “roof” portions, and detailing systems for water drainage/ingress prevention at upper tilt-in portions of the curtain wall system.
