River Park Place

JRS was retained to provide building envelope consulting services for the design and construction of River Park Place Phase 1. This mixed-use development includes a 15-storey concrete residential tower flanked by two mid-rise wings. The complex is complete with ground-level townhouse units, commercial retail units, two levels of above-grade parking, and one level of underground.

JRS provided specialty fenestration consulting to assist with due diligence reviews for the off-shore glazing systems, including multiple trips to Korea to review testing and manufacturing of the glazing systems.
