Copperfield Park Phase III consists of 6 wood-frame residential buildings with a total of 360 units and 1level of below-grade parking. Building envelope components include vinyl siding, masonry, vinyl frame windows and doors, and sloped asphalt shingled roofs.

JRS collaborated with the project team to provide construction documents review. During the course of the project we provided shop drawing reviews, reviewed building envelope-related submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs), provided enhanced field reviews and associated reporting, and performed window testing.
