The building includes 2 split levels of below-grade parking. Above-grade cladding assemblies include storefront and curtain wall glazing.

JRS’s building envelope consulting services included reviewing architectural drawings, project specifications and shop drawings, participating in design and construction meetings, and performing field services throughout construction. We also conducted ARCA roof warranty inspections and THERM analysis, to evaluate and report on the building envelope’s thermal performance.
