The Cardinal Pointe complex consists of 57 three-story wood-frame townhome buildings clad with rainscreen vinyl siding, cedar shake, and stone veneer systems. The project was designed by Raymond Letkeman Architects and constructed by Polygon Construction Management.

JRS’s services included architectural drawing reviews, shop drawing reviews, field quality reviews, window tests, and a comprehensive building envelope maintenance manual.
