Canyon Springs consists of 2 wood-frame apartment buildings located in the heart of Lynn Valley Village, one with 4 stories and the other 5 stories. The buildings are connected by a 1-story lobby amenity.

To ensure a high-quality building envelope upon completion, JRS provided consulting during design and field review during construction. Our full scope of services included design development, construction documents, bidding support, shop drawing reviews, review of submittals and RFIs, enhanced field reviews, and window testing.
