Originally built in 1908 as the Bank of Commerce, Birks Jewelers restored this 3-story granite heritage building in downtown Vancouver as their new flagship store in 2007.

JRS provided full-scope roof replacement services for this historic building, including schematic and design development, construction documents, building permit assistance, bidding services, contract administration, and field reviews.
