The full exterior air barrier has an extra moisture barrier layered overtop to provide additional UV protection. The 2-ply torch-on roofing system includes closed-cell spray foam insulation that transitions with walls for air barrier and thermal continuity. A high-tech electronic leak detection system has been installed at the second-level roof deck to provide peace of mind for the homeowners.
