The Rufus 2.0 project, located in downtown Seattle’s Denny Triangle neighborhood, is redevelopment of 3 city blocks into an urban campus for a global technology company. It includes several new commercial buildings and 3 towers constructed in 3 phases.
JRS’s responsibilities include providing roofing and waterproofing design and construction review on these 3 blocks. Block 14 is a 37‑story office tower and separate meeting facility. Block 19 includes a 37‑story office tower and sphere‑shaped glass structures with intensive plantings and water features on the interior. Block 20 includes an 8-story low-rise building.
JRS’s services include reviewing construction documents; providing bidding support; reviewing shop drawings, submittals, and Requests for Information (RFIs); and performing field reviews.
