The building is Type IB construction utilizing post-tensioned concrete. It includes unit decks, terraces, canopies, and landscaping areas.
JRS was the building enclosure consultant during design and construction. Our services included design development assistance, production of construction documents for building envelope components, shop drawing development, field visits during construction, whole building air leakage testing, window testing, and structural attachment of cladding.
