In 1998, founding principal Joel R. Schwartz, P.Eng., FEC, BEP, established JRS Engineering to provide specialist building envelope and roofing consulting services.
Our original team of three has grown into an international firm with offices in three locations: Burnaby, BC, Calgary, AB, and Seattle, WA. Today’s JRS team includes experienced registered professional engineers and architects, project managers, roof inspectors, building science technologists, LEED® accredited professionals, CAD technicians and support personnel. In response to our ongoing success, we continue to grow and diversify, selecting our new team members for their superior technical knowledge, experience, and desire to provide exceptional client service.
