The Smith

The Smith is an 18-story, multi-family residential high-rise tower in Calgary, Alberta. Building envelope systems consist of Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS), brick cladding, and metal frame windows.

JRS provided building envelope consulting during design, including schematic design and design development assistance, construction documents review, and bid evaluation support. During construction we reviewed shop drawings and building envelope-related submittals and RFIs, provided field reviews and associated reporting, and performed window testing.
