One Pacific

One Pacific is a 2-tower concrete high-rise development at Pacific Street in Vancouver. The 21-story towers are adjacent to BC Place and consist of unique concrete slab features at each level. LED lights are installed into balcony edges.

JRS was retained by Concord Pacific to provide full building envelope services including design development assistance, construction documents and shop drawings review, review of submittals and RFIs, field services, and window testing. JRS also provided waterproofing consulting to the construction team. The development was completed in 2016.
