The Hycroft Row Homes development in South Surrey features single townhomes, row homes, an amenity center, and a park habitat center.
These homes are 2 and 3-story wood-frame units, some with below-grade basements. Building envelope systems consist of rainscreen shingle and lapped siding, vinyl windows, sloped shingle roofs, and balcony decks.

JRS provided building envelope consulting during design. Our services included design development assistance, construction documents review, building envelope letters of assurance, and bid evaluation support. During construction JRS’s services include reviewing shop drawings and building envelope-related submittals and RFIs, and providing enhanced field reviews and associated reporting and window testing.
