This development features two painted mass concrete residential towers, with metal cladding at the ground-floor commercial retail units and fibre-cement cladding at balcony and rooftop walls. Window walls, curtain walls and sliding door assemblies provide ample natural light. Roofs are waterproofed with 2-ply SBS, concrete pavers and landscaping.
