This residential apartment complex is a 7- storey, concrete framed building with steel stud framed exterior walls covered with gypsum sheathing. This complex underwent rehabilitation to replace the face sealed Exterior Insulated Finish System (EIFS) with drained EIFS including new windows, deck membranes and improved moisture management details.
