The Southpointe complex includes twelve 2- and 3-storey wood-frame townhome buildings. Walls claddings include rainscreen fibre-cement shingle and vinyl siding systems. JRS provided architectural drawing review, shop drawings review, field quality reviews, and window testing. Once the project was completed, we provided a detailed building envelope maintenance manual for the future owners' use.
