Description:
This large 5-tower Concord Pacific development features one 29-storey, two 23-storey, and two 14-storey towers. The building envelopes for these towers are a combination of mass concrete, exterior-insulated composite panel, window wall, ground-level storefronts and curtainwall entrances. Roofing, decking and waterproofing are high-build, reinforced cold liquid-applied asphalt modified urethane membranes.
