Skyhomes are a modern take on the traditional townhome, with a private entrance to each unit through its own private garage. The buildings are of concrete-and-steel construction and feature painted mass concrete walls, rainscreen cedar siding, metal panel cladding, window wall glazing systems, and liquid-applied urethane membrane roofing.
