This 3-storey, 7-unit walk up townhouse complex is clad with vertical tongue and groove rainscreen cedar siding and horizontal fiber cement. The vertically orientated cedar siding created a unique rainscreen application that utilized a corrugated horizontal strip of drain mat as the furring element. The building was constructed over a single underground parking garage which is protected with waterproof membrane.
