The Camlin Hotel is an 11-storey concrete framed historic building with multi-wythe brick walls and concrete block infill walls covered with parging. The renovation of this 80-year old building included new framed walls, windows, and all-new roofing. Restoration of the original façade involved patching of damaged parging, cleaning of brick and cleaning and sealing of terracotta turrets and parapets.<\p>
