Description:
The Atrium is a 7-storey Class A commercial and retail building in Victoria’s historic downtown. The building features a treed full-height central atrium to maximize daylight and provide a bright, comfortable area for social interaction. Green roofing systems has been used throughout and cladding is a custom curtainwall incorporating zinc and ductal concrete panels, with selective areas clad in cement board for aesthetic effect. This high-performance building is targeting a LEED® Gold certification with the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC).
