JRS worked with Halcrow Yolles to conduct an overall facility assessment for the Bentall Centre development. JRS assessed the building envelope and roofing components for all five towers. The assessment was performed in accordance with ASTM E2018-01 Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments: Baseline Property Condition Assessment Process.
