We will consult with the project team and/or builder to model the new home using the Hot2000 software developed by Natural Resources Canada. Using the energy model we will provide recommendations for how to improve the home’s energy use. Once construction is complete we can perform a blower door test to verify air leakage rate and produce the as built energy model. Call us to discuss the Energuide program.
