Our risk assessment work involves identifying what type of risk categories exist for a given task and then utilizing our extensive knowledge of building envelope failures and coupling that with our expertise in building science and practical experience in the construction of new buildings, determining what the risk level is.

JRS is able to review everything from proposed concepts to finalized designs and completed buildings and assess risk. Our risk assessment work, often a component of our other services, enables us, as well as our clients, to make knowledgeable, informed decisions.
