JRS regularly provides expert services in support of litigation relating to building envelope issues. This includes, forensic documentation, expert reports, Scott schedules, presentations and reports for mediation.

It has been our experience that the level of detail required in the documentation of existing conditions for litigation support can be more extensive than is required in the course of providing basic field services. This often includes the careful deconstruction of specific assemblies with detailed documentation, cross referencing photographs of existing conditions and assemblies on building elevation drawings, additional testing, video surveys, and other specific services that may be required by Legal Counsel.

In addition to projects in which we are involved in the repairs, JRS is frequently requested to provide litigation support services for projects in which we have no other involvement- a testament to our expertise.
