The most successful projects are those where we are involved early on in the design process and can liaise with other members of the project team, developing, or helping develop the overall building envelope concepts including air-tightness, vapour diffusion and moisture management control strategies.

We frequently assist in the development of the drawings and details and review them to help identify key areas requiring attention, highlighting issues and areas of concern for the project team. We keep project team members informed about performance expectations, advantages, disadvantages and cost considerations of various components and assemblies, as well as life expectancies and maintenance requirements, so knowledgeable decisions can be made.
