Our warranty reviews are done prior to the expiry of a building's warranty. Often this may involve two separate warranties: The 2-Year "Labour and Material" warranty and the 5 or 10-Year "Water Ingress" warranty.

These reviews are usually visual in nature and are therefore comparable to pre-purchase and technical audits. Similarly, they are undertaken in just as thorough and rigorous a manner with the application of our company's collective expertise aimed at helping to identify deficiencies before it is too late.
