We consult on a great variety of projects including rehabilitation of existing building, new construction, roofing and waterproofing with a wide range of clients.

Our projects have included everything from single-family residences, conventional low-rise multi-family structures to complex high-rise towers. These buildings have utilized a myriad of envelope systems and building materials providing JRS with experience in window-walls, curtain-walls, conventional residential windows, glass, aluminum, granite, EIFS, brick, cast in place concrete, pre-cast concrete, metal panel, stucco, vinyl and cement-board among many others.
